Therapist Space Available for Part-Time Sublet
I have a fully furnished therapy office in my suite with some full-day and partial-day time blocks available on a monthly basis.
The Building
My three-office suite here in Southeast Evanston is close to both the Metra UP-N Line and the Purple Line. Parking is available in the lot for subletters with a shared parking pass. Clients typically find street parking easy. There is a secure buzzer entry system. I have been in this space for 8 years now and have been very happy here!
The Suite
In addition to three therapy offices, there is a spacious waiting room with a tea and water station and a kitchenette with a sink, refrigerator, and microwave. The suite was built out with therapists in mind with solid-core doors and sound-mitigated walls. There is a coat closet as well as a locked storage closet with mailboxes.
The Office
“Office C” is furnished with:
• Sofa and therapist chair
• Desk and desk chair
• Bookcase with storage
• Locking shared file cabinet
• Air purifier, sound screen, paper shredder, and laptop stand for telehealth
• Flexible lighting including overhead LED lights, an arched floor lamp, and table lamps
• Utilities and Wi-Fi included
You are welcome to integrate personal items such as framed diplomas, books, or decorative objects to personalize the workspace.
Available Time Blocks
• Full days: Tuesday, Friday, and Sunday, $180/month per day
• Two evening blocks, Monday and Thursday, 4–9pm, $112.50/month per evening block
• One morning block, Wednesday 8am (earlier start possible) – noon, $90/month
Full-day and partial-day rates are based on $22.50/hour for the month (4 hour minimum). There is a 3% rent increase each May, in alignment with the suite lease. However, for new sublessees beginning late in the current lease cycle, the upcoming May 1, 2026 increase will be waived.
